Our school-based client is seeking Certified School Social Worker in Dearborn, MI

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:

1. Provide direct school social work services to refer students who have social and emotional problems that interfere with learning.
2. Provide individual and group therapeutic counseling to students and their families as well as crisis intervention.
3. Screen, assess, diagnose, create treatment plans, and conduct therapeutic interventions with clients.
4. Maintain regular, ongoing contact with clients, caregivers, and physicians.
5. Conduct reassessments and monitor clients' progress.
6. Complete and submit timely paperwork and reports.
7. Review and modify care plans as directed by the client/caregiver during the reassessment and obtain the client's signature of approval.
8. Maintain regular, ongoing contact with clients, caregivers, physicians, and service providers listed on the service plan through home visits and phone calls.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must be licensed in the state of Michigan (LPC, LMSW, LLMSW, LP, LLPC, LLP).
