The Clinical Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing groups, support, and guidance to patients and internal teams. Responsibilities:

• Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the clinical and operations staff to coordinate patient care efficiently.
• Provide skills training and peer coaching to clients.
• Aid clients in participating in their scheduled virtual appointments.
• Transport clients to appointments and outings.

Skills:

• Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Basic working knowledge of an EMR/EHR.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• CAS certification is preferred.
• Some working knowledge of clinical terms to facilitate clear communication within the team.
• Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Personal lived experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
