Overview

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on behalf of a leading behavioral health organization for a direct hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavior support staff
  • Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate regularly with families
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed based on data and observations
  • Maintain appropriate documentation in accordance with ethical and billing standards
  • Work collaboratively with internal clinical teams and leadership

What's Offered

  • Base Salary: $78,000 - $92,000, based on experience
  • Bonus Potential: Monthly/quarterly bonuses with first-year earnings potential up to $112,000
  • Flexible Hybrid Schedule: 50% in-person services (in-home or center-based), 50% telehealth
  • Robust Onboarding: 60+ hours of clinical training and systems integration over the first month
  • Monthly CEUs & Annual Clinical Conference: Access to ongoing education and leadership development
  • Time Off: 23 days total including holidays, floating days, and PTO starting Day 1

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Active LBA license in the state of Maryland (or eligible to obtain)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of behavior technicians
  • Must be able to pass a background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical (employer paid)
