Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Utilize ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation of diagnoses and treatment.
• Manage case files and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
• Implement crisis management strategies to support clients in acute distress.
• Offer addiction counseling services, utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients in recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
• Apply principles of applied behavior analysis when working with clients exhibiting behavioral challenges.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work.

Experience

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid LCSW license is mandatory for practice.
• Previous experience in psychotherapy, case management, or crisis intervention is preferred.
• Familiarity with psychopharmacology is advantageous but not required.
• Strong understanding of medical records management and documentation standards is essential.
• Experience in addiction counseling or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $45.83 - $55.20 per hour
