Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Regional Directors and Lead RNs to ensure high-quality patient care

• Ensure continuity of care and compliance with care standards

• Conduct audits, evaluations, and performance write-ups as needed

• Complete quarterly Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) reports

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have a valid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Leadership and supervisory experience required

• Strong work ethic and dedication to team success

• Experience in Home Care preferred
