Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy to clients. This role requires collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and behaviors.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavioral changes.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavioral strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance overall patient care and outcomes.
- Advocate for clients with developmental disabilities or autism within the community.
Skills
- Proficient in diagnostic evaluation techniques and patient assessment methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and practices.
- Experience in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
- Ability to maintain detailed medical records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
- Compassionate approach towards working with individuals in the behavioral health field.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
