Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Solid Foundations Counseling Center. In this role, you will provide essential mental health services to individuals and families, contributing to our mission of fostering healing and empowerment within the community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments
• Provide medication management and monitor patient progress in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options to promote understanding and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with a specialization in psychiatry or mental health.
• Strong understanding of ICD-9 coding and mental health regulations.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and adapt to their unique needs.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families.
