Child Psychiatrist Locum Tenens Job in Upstate New York

Position Highlights:
Start Date: October 1, 2025
Schedule: 16 hours per week, split between on-site and telehealth
Duration: Open-ended/to be determined
Setting: Residential treatment facility and affiliated school
Patient Population: Ages 7-20
Child Psychiatry board certification preferred
Patient Volume: approximately 8 patients per day
Evaluation/Follow-Up Time: at the physician's discretion
EMR: Netsmart Evolv
Contract Term: Initial 3-month commitment
Support Staff: Includes dedicated nurse, scheduler, and social workers
Team Environment: Psychiatric NPs on staff
Call Requirement: None
