The Opportunity We're looking for an energetic, driven, and relationship-oriented Home Health Marketer / Community Care Coordinator who thrives on building connections, creating referral pipelines, and becoming a trusted partner to providers, discharge planners, social workers, and facilities. If you have a passion for sales and want the ability to offer a full suite of post-acute services—not just home health—this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and case managers.
- Promote Billet Home Health services while also educating partners on our full vertical healthcare continuum.
- Represent the Billet brand with professionalism, integrity, and passion for patient care.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continuity of care for referred patients.
- Strategically identify growth opportunities within your assigned territory.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or community liaison roles
- Strong understanding of home health, hospice, or post-acute care landscape
- Existing relationships and book of business with referral sources is required
- Self-starter with strong communication, follow-through, and goal-driven mindset
- Passion for making a difference in patients’ lives
