- Schedule: One day per week (Thursdays), 4-6 hours
- Review and update treatment plans every 20 service days
- Conduct med management appointments
- Provide thorough documentation of treatment plans and patient progress
- Manage patient appointments, seeing 1-8 patients per day in 30-minute blocks
- Adjust frequency of follow-ups based on patient needs, ranging from 2 weeks to 6 weeks
- Must be enrolled in Medicaid and have a promise ID number
- Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
- Familiarity with Insync EMR system is preferable
- Strong compensation
