We're hiring 2 BCBAs to serve clients across southern Broward County.

Primary service areas include Hallandale Beach, West Park, Pembroke Park, Hollywood, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Dania Beach, Cooper City, Southwest Ranches, Weston.

>> Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and oversee implementation
• Provide direct therapy when needed
• Offer parent training and family support
• Collaborate with schools and professionals

>> Client Profile:
Children with neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism and ADHD.
Services are delivered in-home, at school, or in the community.

>> Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• Proficient in applied behavior analysis and patient assessment
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
• Skilled in behavioral therapy and diagnostic evaluation
• Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
• Knowledge of special education practices and working with individuals with autism
