Job Duties:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to diverse populations.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with state and agency guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support crisis intervention efforts and coordinate access to community resources.
- Advocate for clients and connect them to appropriate services and support systems.
Requirements
- Active LCSW license in the state of California.
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Experience in mental health, case management, or clinical social work.
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
