Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients and their families. The BCBA will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavioral changes.
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide education and support regarding behavioral strategies.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members in implementing treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any relevant communications.
  • Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.

Experience

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Background in special education or related fields is preferred.
  • Proficiency in patient assessment and patient care practices.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health settings.
  • Strong skills in data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting is an asset.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
