We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LMHC to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individual and group counseling, develop treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients on their path to wellness.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and community resources.
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and case conferences.
  • Uphold ethical standards and ensure confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
  • Active New York State LMHC license (required).
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and age groups.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in OMH/OASAS settings is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
