Strong Mind Mental Health was founded by therapists to empower other therapists. We are a behavioral health private practice looking to expand. Our goal is to provide high-quality care through virtual therapy sessions. Our practice offers evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy, while initiating relationships with payers to provide practitioners with the best rates possible. We hope to provide therapists with flexibility in scheduling, support and guidance.

About the Role:

Strong Mind Mental Health is hiring Licensed Clinicians in Florida who value collaboration and work-life balance to join our team. The ideal clinicians will possess interpersonal communication skills, an ability to handle stressful/crisis situations, and the ability to work well with various people. Mental Health Therapists must be able to conduct effective psychotherapy primarily via HIPPA compliant telehealth.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual counseling sessions to address clients' mental health concerns
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients' needs
- Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques to facilitate positive change and growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Contribute to assisting the team with blog and social media posts.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, including HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:
- PsyD, PhD, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LMHP

- Current License and Located in Florida.

- Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling.

- Must maintain professional licensure and liability insurance throughout employment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality

- Credentialed with insurance panels in Florida, such as Florida Blue, United Healthcare, Optum, Aetna, Cigna, Oscar

Requirements:

- Must maintain a minimum of 10 clients on their caseload.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- Must be able to frequently communicate with others through virtual meeting applications such as Zoom and Google Meet.

- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

-Spanish speaking preferred but not required

Compensation:

Starting pay for qualified applicants will depend on insurance contract rates. The expected rates range for this role is dependent on licensure and may be increased in the future are around $50-90 per hour.
