We are seeking a skilled Psychiatrist for a 44-week locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania, starting on Aug 21, 2025.
This role involves managing treatment plans and medication schedules for 1-8 patients per day.
The position requires availability for one day each week, specifically Thursdays, for a 4-6 hour shift.
Job Details Location: Pennsylvania Start Date: Aug 21, 2025 LOA: 44 weeks Provider Type Needed: Psychiatrist Schedule: One day per week (Thursdays), 4-6 hours Responsibilities and Duties Review and update treatment plans every 20 service days Conduct med management appointments Provide thorough documentation of treatment plans and patient progress Manage patient appointments, seeing 1-8 patients per day in 30-minute blocks Adjust frequency of follow-ups based on patient needs, ranging from 2 weeks to 6 weeks Additional Information Must be enrolled in Medicaid and have a promise ID number Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania Familiarity with Insync EMR system is preferable Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
