About Us:

Little Leaf ABA is all about growth, fun, and teamwork! We provide a range of ABA services through our Home and Community Program, and we're passionate about empowering children to develop the skills they need to succeed in school and at home. Our team is enthusiastic, supportive, and dedicated to helping every child shine.

Your Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll be the HERO that delivers personalized, 1:1 therapy to kids in their homes and schools. You'll work alongside our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), helping kids develop important skills and behaviors while making learning fun and engaging. Plus, you'll get to team up with parents and other pros to create individualized plans that make a BIG difference!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering personalized ABA therapy with support from your BCBA
• Tracking client progress and reporting data (it's all about the details!)
• Using fun, engaging materials to encourage learning and skill-building
• Collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure success!

What We're Looking For:

• RBT Certification: You've got it!
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Experience: Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus (think Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst)!

Bonus Points For:

• CPR/BLS certification (if applicable)
• TRICARE certification
• A passion for making a difference in the community and supporting others!
