Position: Behavior Technician (BT / RBT)
We are currently hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team! As a BT, you will work 1:1 with children in their homes, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct ABA therapy in-home and community settings
- Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
- Collect ongoing data and session notes using our user-friendly practice management system
- Support consistency across home and community environments by collaborating with caregivers
- Receive hands-on training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for growth
Who You Are:
- Passionate about helping children and families
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate
- Able to follow treatment plans and respond to behavior calmly and effectively
- Have experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required)
- Open to training and eager to learn—RBT certification is a plus but not required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college or related field preferred)
- Reliable transportation to travel to in-home sessions
- Ability to pass background checks
- Consistent availability for part-time or full-time hours

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 15 per week
