**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in a holistic medical setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient service and a desire to help improve the quality of life of the patients we take care of.

Monday and Wednesdays: 7:30a-5:45/6p

Tuesday and Thursdays: 10a-5:45/6p

Fridays: 8-noon

**Duties:**

- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner

- Manage patients doing therapy as well as directing the therapy floor

- Manage scheduling, billing and appointments efficiently

- Handle phone system, directing calls to appropriate personnel

- Maintain medical records accurately and confidentially

- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to facilitate communication

- Cross trained with Patient Manager Roles

- Provide administrative support as needed

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in the medical field is a plus

- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
