Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavior intervention strategies to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, incorporating evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor client progress towards goals.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent application of treatment plans across settings.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Must be able to travel to the DMV area for one week each quarter ~ about every 13 weeks. The Company will pay for travel costs (e.g., flight, hotel, rental car).
Skills
- Proficient in medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Knowledge of patient care practices and the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
- Expertise in diagnostic evaluation techniques to inform treatment planning.
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments that guide intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
