Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care for adolescents and adults
• Maintain documentation in compliance with clinical and legal standards
• Advocate for patient needs and connect clients with appropriate community resources

Requirements:

• LICSW – Required (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a psychiatric/behavioral health setting – Required
• Experience working with both adolescent and adult populations – Required
• Master’s degree in Social Work – Required
• BLS Certification – Required
