Best Life Counseling TX is a thriving and expanding practice dedicated to meeting the growing mental health needs of clients across Texas. We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our team. Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for clinicians who demonstrate:

• A minimum commitment of 10 clients per week.
• Experience working with individuals, couples, or families.
• Strong clinical documentation skills.
• A collaborative and growth-minded attitude.
• High ethical standards and professionalism—honesty, accountability, adaptability, and respect.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Biweekly payments range from $1200 to $1800
• No-show protection and bonus opportunities
• Flexible scheduling: choose your own hours between 8 AM and 8 PM (evenings/weekends optional)

• Case consultation and clinical support
