- Provide employeecounseling, psycho-therapeutic, psychometric assessment techniques to assist in the evaluation and treatment of beneficiaries. - Independently provide a full range of clinical services to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a focus on children, adolescents and families. - Provide individual, family and/or group counseling and psychotherapy using a variety of treatment modalities to beneficiaries. - Provide clinical consultation to other professionals and paraprofessionals, as necessary regarding child and family behavioral health concerns. - Perform research, analysis, and data coordination. - Develop reports and present outcomes formally and informally to command and other interested parties. - Record and document pertinent data in patient health records. - Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including schools and community agencies, to ensure coordinated care for children and families. - Participate in discharge planning and facilitate referrals to appropriate community resources and support services for families. - Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to children, adolescents and families experiencing acute behavioral health crisis.
