About Job

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavioral changes.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy to children and individuals with disabilities.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support the individual’s development.
  • Train and supervise staff on behavioral intervention techniques and strategies.
  • Stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency in behavioral health practices and principles.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding medical documentation and patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to develop effective strategies for working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.
  • Experience in behavioral therapy techniques that promote positive behavior change.
