We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the Family!! This is a full-time position with homes across Genesee County.
$5,000 sign-on bonus after the successful completion of your 90 days!!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with adult individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and scheduling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,548.00 - $100,610.00 per year
