- Conduct virtual counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Complete clinical assessments and develop customized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation
- Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision (as applicable)
- Stay current with best practices and state licensure requirements
- Active, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
