Conduct virtual counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families
Complete clinical assessments and develop customized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation
Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision (as applicable)
Stay current with best practices and state licensure requirements

Requirements

Active, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure preferred
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and technology
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
