Now Hiring: Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)

We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented, people-loving professional to be the friendly face at our front desk and the organizational heart of our clinic. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every patient feels welcome, cared for, and supported from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet and check in patients with warmth, energy, and professionalism
• Manage scheduling to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and on time
• Answer calls and emails, providing helpful and accurate information
• Assist patients with appointment reminders and treatment compliance
• Guide new patients through the intake and onboarding process
• Verify insurance coverage and help explain benefits in a clear, friendly manner
• Assist with authorizations and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations
