Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Boston, MA for a Patient Care Coordinator. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating patient care, scheduling appointments, ensuring effective communication with patients over the phone, and utilizing medical terminology accurately. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and maintaining a smooth operation within the practice.

Qualifications

• Appointment Scheduling and Care Coordination skills
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective communication
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Patient Care best practices
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Friendly and empathetic approach towards patient interactions
• Experience in dental or medical fields is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration is beneficial
