Come join Prism’s team! Looking for people who want to change the lives of children with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We have openings for Behavior Analysts at our Prism Academy that is centrally located on six picturesque acres in beautiful Berlin, Connecticut. This Approved Private Special Education Program provides a 10-month plus ESY compassionate educational experience for children with autism (ages 3-14) in a warm, fun, and nurturing environment. We welcome entry level applicants who are excited to learn!

Minimum Requirements

• BCBA certification and Connecticut Behavior Analyst license must be in good standing (or license-eligible)
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the science of Applied Behavior Analysis
• Engage in analysis of one’s own behavior and seek opportunities for the development and refinement of clinical and professional skills
• Willingness to accept and ability to apply feedback
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Organized, driven, friendly
• Must be able to remain conscious and alert at all times

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
