About Job
Job Summary
We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in North Carolina to support our team with insurance credentialing as we launch a new ABA practice.
This is a unique opportunity to join a values-driven company from the beginning. While the immediate need is for credentialing support, there is a strong potential for the right candidate to grow into a clinical role, including assessments and ongoing casework, if it's a mutual fit.
We’re building a company that values ethics, flexibility, and thoughtful, family-centered care — and we’re looking for a BCBA who shares those values.
Responsibilities
- Support the insurance credentialing and contracting process as part of onboarding
- Be available to provide initial assessments and clinical services as caseloads develop.
- Collaborate with leadership to build a supportive and high-quality care model
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all relevant guidelines.
- Uphold ethical standards in accordance with BACB and state regulations
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina or eligible to obtain licensure
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Experience conducting assessments and writing treatment plans preferred
- Open to flexible part-time work, with potential for growth into a larger clinical role
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay for credentialing support and any clinical work
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Remote or hybrid options
- Paid support during the credentialing process
- Opportunity to grow with a startup that values quality over volume
How to Apply
Please submit your resume along with a brief message about your interest. We're excited to connect with BCBAs who are open to starting something new, with the potential to grow together.
