- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Create personalized treatment plans and track progress
- Maintain thorough and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed
- Stay current on best practices and continuing education
- Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital tools
