The Opportunity:We are actively seeking a clinical therapist committed to clinical excellence, professional development and to be a key member of a growing team. Ideal candidates will have a strong desire to work with both adult individuals and couples, have experience or training in couples counseling methodologies or a dedication to learning and achieving training.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide individual adult and couples therapy in a collaborative and supportive setting.
- Maintain accurate treatment plans and case documentation.
- Engage in ongoing professional growth through weekly group supervision and training..
- Participate in and enhance our current positive team environment.
What We Offer:
Total compensation value: 75k-98K/year
- Competitive Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience and expertise, including compensation for clinical sessions, administrative duties, and bonus opportunities. Opportunities to earn monthly bonuses and bi-annual bonuses based on performance.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields.
- Active Illinois license (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW strongly preferred; ALMFT, LPC considered with significant relevant experience).
- Ability and desire to maintain a full caseload (approximately 25 seen clients/week), including 2 evenings and 1 weekend day. Primarily in person with an option for 1 virtual day.
- A strong desire to work with couples. Experience working with couples and advanced training or strong interest in relational populations.
- Commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
