CommQuest seeks a Full Time Patient Care Coordinator in the Canton area. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination of patient care services. This role includes supporting healthcare providers and patients by managing appointment schedules, patient records, and coordinating communication between the healthcare team and patients. A key focus is on improving patient satisfaction and ensuring seamless, compassionate care throughout the treatment process.

What you'll do:
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-up care, and procedures.
- Manage and update patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support healthcare providers by preparing necessary medical documentation and coordinating patient referrals.
- Assist with patient intake and discharge processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks and Urine Drug Screenings as needed.
- All other duties as assigned
Schedule:
M-F (Typical office hours 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, flexible)
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Medical Assisting Certification highly preferred.
- Minimum 1- years' experience in healthcare, patient coordination, medical assisting, and/or urine drug screenings required.
- Previous experience with NextGen and/or other Electronic Health Records databases, Charge Verification, Charge Entry, and/or Billing is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for rotating on-call shifts, some evenings, and weekends may be required
