Within Reach - Community Support provides consultation to caregivers and individuals in the home and school settings. Much of our services are provided to those under 3, however consultation also occurs with school aged children who are struggling within their school placement settings, at home, or in the community. There are also opportunities to run social skills groups, conduct professional development workshops, and work with older/adult clients.

Choose your hours and your clients! All direct therapy sessions are provided by you - the BCBA. There is no overseeing Line Technicians. This position is a W2 position with benefits- health, dental, and vision insurance, car stipend, 401K match, licensure fees paid, ipad provided, and cell phone stipend. There is also a central office location for meetings, office supplies, and toys. The Clinical Director provides support and supervision and creates a team collaborative approach. The Clinical Director is also responsible for most administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism and special needs.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client progress and treatment sessions.
Skills
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with children with developmental delays, Autism, ADHD, or ODD.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and strategies used in ABA therapy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment plans.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
