Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Behavior Support Programs (BSPs) for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist in completing functional assessments and other behavioral evaluations under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver direct behavioral supports and coaching to individuals and staff as needed.
• Train and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on behavioral strategies and program implementation.
• Monitor BSP implementation and document behavioral data accurately and consistently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including BCBAs, QIDPs, nurses, guardians, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in intake, transition, and emergency support planning as assigned.
• Assist in developing written documentation and progress reports in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services-related field (required).
• Minimum of one year of directly related experience in behavioral or therapeutic support roles.
• At least 1,500 hours of coursework, training, and/or supervised professional experience in applied behavior analysis or behavior-based therapy models.
• Valid driver’s license; regional travel required.
• Ability to complete and maintain certification in CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care within designated timeframes.

Skills and Knowledge:

· Possess strong interpersonal skills for interactions with supervisors, coworkers, individuals, and outside personnel.
