Angelic Steps Therapy is currently seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our state of the art 4000 sq ft center in Davie, FL!

An ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, hardworking, and a team player. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in leadership roles as well as those who have supervised Fieldwork Supervision hours. Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising and training staff
  • Facilitating bi-weekly parent trainings in person or via Telehealth.
  • Conducting initial assessments and developing treatment plans with socially significant goals that are individualized to meet the needs of clients
  • Making data-driven treatment decisions
  • Designing and implement effective, behavior change programs
  • Updating client goals and treatment plans
  • Providing Fieldwork Supervisees with well-rounded, enriching supervision experiences
  • Other duties as specified

Required Qualifications Include:

  • A BCBA certificate in good standing
  • Master's degree of higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
