About Job

A part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available to provide expert consultation and support for high school-aged students. This role involves working approximately 10-15 hours per month with a caseload of 5-6 students, primarily focusing on developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans.

Location: Cambridge, MA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student progress.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to offer clinical expertise.
  • Provide ongoing consultation to staff on behavior management strategies and data collection.
  • Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to interventions.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • Experience working with high school-aged students in educational settings.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and special education laws.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage a small caseload and provide consultative support.
