- Deliver virtual counseling and therapy sessions to a diverse range of clients
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
- Coordinate with care teams and participate in case consultations
- Stay compliant with California laws and continuing education requirements
- Active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 1 year of post-licensure experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a telehealth environment
