Providing residents with preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services in accordance to the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP)

Assisting and training residents in self- help and daily living skills

Engaging residents in structured activities

Maintaining facility cleanliness and ensuring safety of residents

Preparing nutritious meals for residents

Monitoring and reporting resident progress or lack thereof

Observing behavioral changes and documenting information in records

Attending meeting and responsible for upgrading skills by attending trainings

Performing other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
