Our second clinic location in Lynnwood/School Base is seeking a full-time BCBA with outstanding clinical skills and experience in providing treatment to individuals accessing services through their medical insurance benefits. In this role, the BCBA will assist the site lead of our North Sound center-based team. Responsibilities will include assessment, programming, supervision, and making clinical data-based decisions for each client. The BCBA will also oversee a team of CBTs, providing ongoing training and performance feedback, and will engage with parents and stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and collaboration. Effective communication, genuine respect, and mentorship are crucial for maintaining the success of behavior technicians while managing and expanding the clientele. The ideal candidate will be adept at writing comprehensive treatment plans, creatively solving daily challenges, fostering a positive work culture, and leading all programming decisions for team members.

Candidates who are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or those currently working towards their BCBA certification will be considered.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BCBA in good standing preferred
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to self-manage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with autism and related disorders
  • Knowledge of working with medical insurances
  • Understanding of naturalistic teaching (NET)
  • Experience working with individuals aged 2 years to adult
