An opportunity is available for a skilled professional specializing in behavioral analysis within an educational setting. This role is focused on providing essential support and guidance to K-12 students during the extended school year (ESY) through a contract position in Owasso, OK.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children, particularly in school settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods
  • Proficiency in collaborative work with educators and other professionals

Location:Owasso, OK

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive behavior support
  • Provide training and support for staff on behavior management techniques
  • Analyze data to measure student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support strategies
