Mount Behavioral Health is an Article 31 clinic focused on helping children and adolescents heal through trauma-informed, holistic care. We are a passionate, mission-driven team offering psychotherapy, psychiatry, crisis intervention, and peer support services.
We’re hiring a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) who can lead with compassion, think operationally, and provide excellent clinical care. This is a growth-focused position for someone who wants to transition from direct service into a long-term leadership role.
Role Overview
This full-time hybrid role will combine direct care and supervision. You will carry a caseload of 30 clients to start, which will gradually decrease as your supervisory and leadership responsibilities grow.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Leadership
- Supervise a team of 5–7 therapists remotely (expanding over time)
- Provide weekly clinical supervision and documentation review
- Offer coaching, support, and quality assurance
- Monitor and support use of the Crisis Line, including after-hours response rotation (as applicable)
- Participate in team meetings, compliance reviews, and audits
- Screen, interview, and help onboard new clinical candidates
- Contribute to creating a supportive, high-performance clinical culture
- Optional: Plan or support community events and outreach initiatives
Direct Clinical Work
- Maintain a 30 client caseload to start (children and adolescents)
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions (remote)
- Complete progress notes, treatment plans, and documentation on time
- Coordinate with psychiatry, peers, and other supports as needed
- Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing case reviews
Operational Collaboration
- Partner with leadership on therapist productivity, compliance, and performance goals
- Provide insight on scheduling, referrals, and clinical operations
- Help track team metrics and support data-informed improvements
Who We’re Looking For
- LCSW in New York, in good standing
- 2+ years experience in clinical supervision and operations
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Comfortable supervising clinicians remotely
- Skilled in time management, multitasking, and communication
- Loyal, proactive, self-motivated, and a team-first mentality
- Experience with peer support supervision is a plus
- Crisis intervention experience preferred

Pay: $63,867.84 - $76,916.12 per year
