About Job

Mount Behavioral Health is an Article 31 clinic focused on helping children and adolescents heal through trauma-informed, holistic care. We are a passionate, mission-driven team offering psychotherapy, psychiatry, crisis intervention, and peer support services.

We’re hiring a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) who can lead with compassion, think operationally, and provide excellent clinical care. This is a growth-focused position for someone who wants to transition from direct service into a long-term leadership role.

Role Overview

This full-time hybrid role will combine direct care and supervision. You will carry a caseload of 30 clients to start, which will gradually decrease as your supervisory and leadership responsibilities grow.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Leadership

  • Supervise a team of 5–7 therapists remotely (expanding over time)
  • Provide weekly clinical supervision and documentation review
  • Offer coaching, support, and quality assurance
  • Monitor and support use of the Crisis Line, including after-hours response rotation (as applicable)
  • Participate in team meetings, compliance reviews, and audits
  • Screen, interview, and help onboard new clinical candidates
  • Contribute to creating a supportive, high-performance clinical culture
  • Optional: Plan or support community events and outreach initiatives

Direct Clinical Work

  • Maintain a 30 client caseload to start (children and adolescents)
  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions (remote)
  • Complete progress notes, treatment plans, and documentation on time
  • Coordinate with psychiatry, peers, and other supports as needed
  • Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing case reviews

Operational Collaboration

  • Partner with leadership on therapist productivity, compliance, and performance goals
  • Provide insight on scheduling, referrals, and clinical operations
  • Help track team metrics and support data-informed improvements

Who We’re Looking For

  • LCSW in New York, in good standing
  • 2+ years experience in clinical supervision and operations
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Comfortable supervising clinicians remotely
  • Skilled in time management, multitasking, and communication
  • Loyal, proactive, self-motivated, and a team-first mentality
  • Experience with peer support supervision is a plus
  • Crisis intervention experience preferred

What We Offer

  • $65,000–$75,000/year full-time salary (based on experience)
  • Remote work model with 1 in-person day/week in Brooklyn
  • Supervision and leadership growth path
  • Warm, collaborative culture that values every team member
  • An opportunity to make a deep impact on children, families, and communities

Mount Behavioral Health is where compassion meets clinical excellence. If you're ready to lead with heart, grow in your career, and help transform lives—we’d love to meet you.
