About Job
As a Service Coordinator, you will utilize your coordination experience and proficiency in Microsoft programs to efficiently manage service schedules and operations. You will collaborate with owners to arrange heating and cooling appointments, ensuring timely and effective service delivery. Additionally, you will partner with administrative staff to accurately bill invoices and maintain financial records. Your role will involve compiling and organizing necessary paperwork to support service operations and compliance. Furthermore, you will work directly with sales representatives to facilitate the setup of quoted jobs, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience
Associate Degree
5+ years of coordinator experience
Experience with Astea or any other service tracking software
Related experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree
