What You'll Do

As a Mental Health Therapist at Premiere Counseling Services, you will:

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based individual, couples, and/or family therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our EHR system.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Engage in modalities that fit your expertise, with opportunities to work with diverse client populations and presenting issues such as anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and more.

What You'll Bring

• Required:
• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• An active Ohio license (LSW, LPC, MFT).
• Experience in diagnosing and treating a range of mental health conditions.
• A collaborative spirit and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
• Preferred:
• Independent licensure in Ohio (LISW, LPCC, IMFT).
• Specialized training or certification in therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, Gottman Method, DBT, CBT, or PCIT.
• Experience providing therapy to couples, families, or children/adolescents.
