Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and empathetic Telehealth Mental Health Providers (Licensed and Associate Licensed Counselors, Social Workers, Psychologists, or Marriage & Family Therapists) to deliver therapy services via a secure virtual platform. This position offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and the ability to work from home while making a meaningful impact on clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy through secure telehealth platforms
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards
• Participate in case consultations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as needed
• Maintain appropriate state licensure and uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Attend periodic team meetings, training, or supervision (remote)

Qualifications:

• Required Licensure: Licensed in your state as one of the following:
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPCC/LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW)
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (newly licensed clinicians are welcome to apply)
• Comfortable using telehealth technology; previous telehealth experience is a plus
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
• Commitment to cultural humility and serving diverse populations
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload

Compensation:
This is a 1099 contract position, and pay is competitive and based on licensure, experience
