About Job
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB in good standing.
- At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges preferred, ideally in a residential or EBSH setting.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors safely and effectively, including use of crisis intervention techniques if trained.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
