Soliant is seeking a PRN Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide flexible, as-needed behavior analytic services for the 20252026 school year. This role supports a small number of returning students with behavioral needs (approximately 5) and provides clinical supervision and guidance to an onsite Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Additional student needs may emerge as the school year begins.

• Provide oversight and supervision to an RBT delivering direct services to students.

• Monitor and guide the implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Conduct observations and provide in-the-moment coaching as needed.

• Support ongoing data collection, behavior analysis, and program modifications.

• Collaborate with school staff, families, and service teams to promote student success.

• Provide written documentation and updates aligned with ethical and clinical standards.

• Approximately 5 students with behavior needs (existing) but may increase with new enrollments

• Support focused on supervising the RBT delivering treatment

• Active Texas Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Experience supervising RBTs in school or pediatric settings preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills

• PRN / As Needed basis

• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the caseload and RBT supervision requirements

• Employment is for the duration of the school year, following the academic calendar
