At Lotus Behavior Analysis Therapy, we’re more than an ABA provider—we’re a mission-driven movement. Founded and operated by BCBAs, we’re a locally owned team that genuinely invests in our people. We believe that happy, supported therapists create life-changing outcomes, which is why we prioritize mentorship, growth, and a healthy work-life balance.

Whether you're entering the world of ABA for the first time or you’re an experienced RBT ready to level up, we’ve built a path just for you. Our comprehensive in-house RBT training program ensures you’re fully equipped to succeed from day one.
