Job Description:

We are seeking a Patient Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and a calm, professional demeanor. As a Patient Success Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care and support throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to patients, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate the ordering of medications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Work closely with pharmacies to manage and resolve any medication-related issues.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to streamline patient care processes and improve overall patient experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical regulations.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and external partners, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Contribute to a high-functioning team environment, supporting colleagues and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a medical or wellness setting.
• Proficiency in managing medication orders and coordinating with pharmacies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
