Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and will be committed to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will work collaboratively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote positive behavioral changes.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine individual needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the field of behavioral health to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Stay informed about current research, trends, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and techniques for assessing behavior change.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $41.32 - $49.76 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
